At the end of last year, Roger Yves Bost took the reins of Cassius Clay VDV Z from Rob Heijligers. 

Calvino Z, the full brother of Caire vdv Z, finished seventh in the CSI3 * Grand Prix over 1.45 meters last Saturday.

Cassius Clay VDV Z was trained under Bas Knijff, who brought the stallion up to 1.45 meters level. 

Heijligers then took the reins in 2019 and achieved several successes with the stallion. 

The Calvino Z son, bred by G. van der Velden, won the Sires of the World 1.50m Grand Prix in Lanaken with Heijligers.
